Saturdays at Mountain Gremlin Games are now dedicated for the wargames hobby.  So if you enjoy games like Warhammer Age of Sigmar, Lord of the Rings, Deadzone, Warhammer 40,000, Oldhammer and Kings of War this is the day for you.

There will be a table set up for painting miniatures. A selection of paints are available so all you need to bring is your current project.  You can talk with the resident artist and other gamers about different aspects of the painting side of the hobby. Exchange painting tips, techniques and improve your skills.

If you would test your mettle in battle, the store has a number of games tables and terrain from a number of battlezones across the dimensions of space and time .  You can use the store discord or Facebook groups to arrange games.  There are a number of tournaments planned and campaigns are on the horizon.

Beginners are welcome too.  There are introductory tables set up if you want a quick demo of the game rules.  Or if you have started gaming already and have any questions about your wargames hobby journey.

To join in the fun the standard table fee is a fiver and includes a drink.

  • Boardgames & Skirmishes

    Our regular Wednesday evening of board games and skirmishes. You are welcome to play any boardgame in the library. There are also terrain for skirmish games such as Kill Team, Deadzone, 40K Boarding Actions. So if a night of battle is what you seek - you have a place here. And hey a few crossover games apply too like Space Hulk, Zombicide, Dungeon Saga or Blood Bowl. Or any other game that fits on a table and you can play it in an evening.

    Standard table fees are €5 and includes your first drink.

  • Warhammer Beginners & Beyond

    Learn the main systems from Games Workshop, Warhammer 40,000 & Age of Sigmar. Build and paint your first miniature, play your first game. And hey - even if you are not a complete beginner you can still join in.

    For existing players you are welcome to book tables to play or paint miniatures, standard table fees apply.

    Calling all GM's the store will be running a one shot evening. If you want to start running a game series prepare a one shot adventure to be completed in a single evening. This is a great way to recruit suitable adventurers, show off game worlds and rules sets. Start your next EPIC campaign here.
    There will be space for four games, if you are a GM please book your adventure.
